Find Out What Is Actually Holding the Site Back

Before anyone writes another blog post, it is worth knowing whether Google can crawl, render and index what you already have. Often it cannot.

What the Audit Covers

Crawl & Index Coverage

What Google holds, what it has dropped, and what it never found. Usually the single biggest surprise in the report.

Rendering & JavaScript

Whether your content exists for a crawler or only for a browser. On modern builds this is where rankings quietly disappear.

Core Web Vitals

Real-user performance data, not a lab score, and the specific elements responsible for the numbers.

Site Architecture & Internal Links

Whether authority reaches your important pages or pools on the homepage and a stray privacy policy.

Structured Data

What markup exists, what is invalid, and which rich results you are eligible for but not earning.

Redirects & Status Codes

Chains, loops, soft 404s and the migration debt most sites are still carrying years later.

OUR APPROACH

How We Run an Audit

An audit is only useful if someone can act on it. Ours ends in a prioritised list with an owner and an estimate against each item.

01

Crawl and collect

A full crawl alongside Search Console, analytics and real-user performance data, so findings are evidenced rather than asserted.

02

Diagnose

We separate what is actually costing you traffic from what is merely untidy. Most audit tools cannot tell the difference.

03

Prioritise

Every issue ranked by likely impact against effort, so your developer knows what to do first.

04

Walk through it

A call to go through the findings with whoever will implement them, and we stay available while they do.

Audit Questions We Get Asked

Is the audit really free?

The initial review that comes with a proposal is, and it is genuinely useful on its own. A full technical audit with a prioritised implementation plan is paid work, quoted upfront.

Do you implement the fixes or just report them?

Either. Many clients hand the list to their own developer, and we are happy to answer their questions. Where you would rather we did it, we quote that separately.

How long does it take?

Usually one to two weeks depending on site size. Very large e-commerce sites take longer because the crawl itself does.

Will it break anything?

The audit is read-only. Nothing changes on your site while we run it.

Still deciding? Send us the question and we will answer it straight, no pitch attached.
