Meta and TikTok Campaigns Built to Convert, Not Just Reach

Nobody opens Instagram intending to buy from you. Paid social has to earn the attention before it can ask for anything, which makes the creative the campaign and the targeting a supporting detail. We build both against enquiries and sales, not reach and impressions. Management starts from AED 2,999 per month.

What you get

  • A creative testing cadence, not one hero video and hope
  • Campaign structure that stops resetting the learning phase
  • Conversions API so signal survives browser restrictions
  • Prospecting and retargeting reported separately
  • Your ad accounts, your pixel, your audiences. You keep them

What Paid Social Management Costs

Management starts from AED 2,999 per month as a flat fee, with the scope agreed in writing before anything runs. We do not take a percentage of your ad spend. Three things move the number.

How much creative you need

Paid social burns through creative. A campaign running one offer to one audience needs a handful of concepts a month; several offers across Meta and TikTok needs considerably more. Volume of creative is usually the biggest driver of the fee.

How many platforms and markets

Meta alone in one country is straightforward. Meta plus TikTok plus a second market with different currency, language and cultural context is three or four times the production and management work.

Whether you can supply footage

If you have product photography, premises access or people willing to appear on camera, we work with that. If everything has to be produced or sourced from scratch, that is a bigger scope and we will quote it separately.

Everything Paid Social Covers

Ten parts of the work, run by the same senior team. Pick any of them to see what it means in practice.

Creative is the campaign

Targeting used to be the lever. It largely is not any more: the platforms' own algorithms find the right people faster than manual audience-building can, provided you give them something worth showing. Broad targeting with strong creative now outperforms narrow targeting with weak creative in almost every account we run.

So the work concentrates where the returns are. A steady cadence of new concepts, structured tests that isolate one variable, and enough spend behind each to produce an answer rather than a guess.

  • Creative testing on a fixed monthly cadence
  • Structure that protects the learning phase
  • Conversions API for durable signal
  • Prospecting and retargeting reported apart

Facebook and Instagram, run properly

Meta remains the largest paid social opportunity for most UK and UAE businesses, and the most commonly mismanaged. The two failures we see repeatedly are too many small ad sets fragmenting the data so nothing ever exits the learning phase, and creative that was made once and never refreshed.

We consolidate structure so each ad set gets enough conversions to optimise, run Advantage+ where it genuinely outperforms rather than by default, and keep a pipeline of new concepts so fatigue never becomes the reason performance drops.

Content that does not look like an ad

TikTok punishes repurposed television. What works is native-feeling, sound-on, fast-opening content that gives someone a reason to keep watching in the first second. The same asset that performs on Meta will usually underperform here, so we make for the platform rather than resizing for it.

It also skews younger and cheaper per impression, which makes it strong for consideration and awareness and less predictable for high-value B2B. We will say which you are before recommending a budget.

A pipeline, not a one-off shoot

The single most common reason a paid social account plateaus is that it ran out of creative. Performance decays as frequency rises, and the only durable fix is new work arriving before the old work dies.

We plan concepts around the objections your buyers actually raise, script and produce static, motion and UGC-style assets, and version them so each test isolates one variable. Where you can supply raw footage or access to your team, the cost drops and the authenticity rises.

Feeding the algorithm well

Audience-building matters less than it used to, but signal quality matters far more. Browser restrictions and consent requirements have degraded the pixel, and accounts still relying on it alone are optimising against a partial picture.

We implement the Conversions API for server-side events, hash and upload customer lists for lookalikes and exclusions, and make sure the event you optimise toward is the one that means real commercial intent rather than whatever fires most often.

The click is the easy part

Paid social traffic is colder than search traffic. Someone clicking your ad was not looking for you thirty seconds earlier, which means the page has to do more work: restate the offer, handle the scepticism, and ask for less.

We build and test pages for that audience specifically, matched to the ad they arrived from, with forms cut back to what a salesperson genuinely needs on a first call.

Useful, but rarely the hero

Retargeting reports beautifully because it reaches people who were already going to come back. Counted alongside prospecting it makes an account look far healthier than it is, and it will happily absorb budget that should be creating new demand.

We run it deliberately, cap frequency so it does not irritate, exclude recent purchasers, and report it separately so you can see what each half of the account is genuinely contributing.

Cheaper leads are not always better leads

In-platform lead forms lower friction dramatically and almost always produce a lower cost per lead. They also produce leads who never left the app, did not read anything about you, and convert at a lower rate.

Which is right depends on your sales process and how fast you follow up. We will test both against qualified opportunities rather than raw lead count, and go with whichever produces more customers per dirham.

Knowing what paid social really did

Paid social is the hardest channel to attribute honestly. Platform-reported conversions are generous, last-click analytics are harsh, and the truth is usually between them.

We capture click identifiers into your CRM, feed closed deals back as offline conversions, and where volume supports it use incrementality testing, holding back a region or audience, to see what would have happened anyway. That is the only method that settles the argument.

A second opinion on what you are running

If you already have paid social running, we will review the account and send back what we would change and why, in enough detail that your current team could act on it without us.

Sometimes the finding is that the account is fine and the offer is the constraint, or that the follow-up speed on leads is losing them. We would rather tell you that than take over an account we cannot improve.

Why Businesses Choose Prime Lead

Six things we do differently, all of which you can hold us to.

Creative volume is treated as the job

Most accounts stall because they ran out of new work, not because the targeting broke. We plan and produce on a cadence so fatigue never becomes the reason performance drops.

Flat fee, never a percentage of spend

A percentage fee pays us to spend more of your budget. We quote flat so scaling up or pulling back is a decision about your returns, not our invoice.

Judged on qualified leads, not lead count

In-platform forms produce cheap leads that often do not convert. We measure against opportunities your sales team took seriously.

Your accounts, your pixel, your audiences

Everything is built inside your own Business Manager. If we part ways, the pixel history, custom audiences and creative library stay with you.

Senior people run the account

The person who plans the creative is the person who reads the results. Nothing is handed to a junior once the contract is signed.

We say when paid social is wrong for you

Some offers are too considered, some margins too thin, and some audiences simply are not there. We would rather lose the fee than take one we cannot justify.

Prime Lead, In-House, or a Typical Agency

An honest comparison. For some businesses building this in-house is the right answer. If that is you, we will say so on the call.

What Is Included Every Month

Not add-ons. These sit inside a standard management engagement.

  • Account audit and baseline
  • Conversions API implementation
  • Campaign build or restructure
  • Monthly creative concepts and production
  • Structured creative testing
  • Audience and exclusion strategy
  • Landing page review and testing
  • Budget pacing and bid strategy
  • Frequency and fatigue monitoring
  • Offline conversion feedback loop
  • Prospecting vs retargeting reporting
  • Monthly reporting and a working call

How an Engagement Runs

Four stages, with a decision point you control at the end of each one.

01

Audit and agree the number

We review the account, the creative history and the tracking, then agree the one conversion we will be judged on and what it costs today.

02

Fix signal, then structure

Conversions API, the right optimisation event, and consolidated ad sets so campaigns get enough data to leave the learning phase.

03

Build the creative engine

Concepts planned around real objections, produced, versioned and tested with enough spend behind each to produce an answer.

04

Feed outcomes back and scale what works

Closed deals returned as offline conversions, losing concepts retired, winning ones iterated. Scale decisions made on marginal return.

What You See Every Month

One report, six lines, in language you can take into a board meeting. No 40-page PDF nobody reads.

What Paid Social Actually Changes

Five outcomes we hold ourselves to, and what each one depends on.

You reach people search cannot

Search only finds people already looking for what you sell. For a new offer, a category people do not know exists, or a business whose buyers do not search in volume, paid social is often the only way to create demand rather than capture it.

That also means it is judged differently. A first-touch social impression rarely converts on the day, and holding it to a last-click standard will make you switch off something that is working.

Creative becomes a compounding asset

Every concept you test teaches you something about which message lands, and that knowledge transfers. The angle that wins on Meta usually improves your landing page, your sales script and often your search ads too.

Businesses that treat paid social as a creative research programme, rather than a media buy, end up with better marketing everywhere.

Cheap leads stop being mistaken for good ones

In-platform lead forms will always show a lower cost per lead than a website form. They also produce people who never read anything about you.

Measuring against qualified opportunities rather than lead count often reverses which option looks better, and it is the only comparison worth making.

Signal loss stops quietly degrading performance

Consent requirements and browser restrictions have made the pixel alone unreliable. Accounts still depending on it are optimising against a partial view without knowing it, and performance decays slowly enough that nobody notices the cause.

Server-side events restore much of what was lost, which usually improves results without changing a single targeting setting.

You learn what your market objects to

Testing ten angles against a cold audience is the fastest market research most small businesses will ever run. Within weeks you know which promise people respond to and which they scroll past.

That answer is worth having even if you never spend another dirham on paid social.

Paid Social FAQs

The questions we get asked on almost every first call.

How much does paid social management cost?

Management starts from AED 2,999 per month as a flat fee, with the scope written down before anything runs. Where yours lands depends mostly on how much creative you need each month, how many platforms and markets are involved, and whether you can supply footage.

We do not charge a percentage of ad spend.

Is creative production included?

A monthly cadence of concepts is included in a standard engagement, static, motion and UGC-style assets, scripted and versioned for testing. Where a project needs a full shoot, actors or licensed footage, that is quoted separately.

If you can give us raw footage, premises access or people willing to appear on camera, the cost drops and the results usually improve.

Meta or TikTok, which should we be on?

Meta first for most UK and UAE businesses: the audience is broader, the targeting and measurement more mature, and the buying intent easier to reach. TikTok is strong where your buyers skew younger and the product is visually demonstrable.

We would rather run one platform properly than two badly, and we will say which after looking at your offer and audience.

How soon will we see results?

Signal and structure fixes can show within two to four weeks. Creative testing needs a few cycles to find a winner, so a fair read is at eight to twelve weeks.

The first month is mostly learning, and any agency promising otherwise is planning to show you reach figures instead.

What budget do we need?

Enough for each ad set to gather sufficient conversions to leave the learning phase, that is the real constraint, and it depends on your cost per result rather than a flat figure. Below that threshold the algorithm never optimises and the spend is largely wasted.

We will model it from your own numbers and tell you plainly if the budget is too small to be worth managing.

Who owns the ad account and the pixel?

You do. Everything is built inside your own Business Manager. If we part ways, the pixel history, custom audiences and creative library stay with you.

Do lead forms or website landing pages work better?

Lead forms almost always produce a lower cost per lead and a lower conversion rate. Which wins depends on your sales process and how fast you follow up, a team that calls within five minutes can make lead forms work; one that calls the next day usually cannot.

We test both against qualified opportunities rather than lead count.

Our ads worked and then stopped. Why?

Almost always creative fatigue. Frequency climbs, the audience has seen the asset, and performance decays even though nothing in the settings changed. It is the most common pattern in paid social and the reason a production cadence matters more than a clever setup.

Can you work with our existing creative team?

Yes, and often that is the best arrangement. We brief concepts, they produce, we test and report back on what worked so the next brief is better informed. Plenty of our best-performing accounts run that way.

How do you prove paid social actually contributed?

Platform-reported conversions are generous and last-click analytics are harsh; the truth is between them. We capture click identifiers into your CRM and feed closed deals back as offline conversions.

Where volume supports it we run incrementality tests, holding back a region or audience, which is the only method that genuinely settles the question.

Do you work with clients worldwide?

Yes. We work with clients globally. The UK and the UAE are where we are rooted and where we know the detail cold: the platform costs, the cultural context, the advertising rules and how buyers in each expect to be contacted, and that matters more on paid social than anywhere else, because creative that lands in one market can fall flat in another.

So for a new market we will say plainly which parts of that context we already have and which we would build with you, rather than pretending creative judgement travels for free.
