Website & Landing Page Design
A site that looks smart but never rings the phone is an expense, not an asset. We design and build websites for businesses in the UK, the UAE and worldwide around the path a buyer actually takes, from the search that found you to the form they fill in, and we measure every step of it. Projects start from AED 4,999.

Six parts of the engagement, delivered by the same senior team. No part of it is an add-on.
We quote a fixed scope before any work starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Projects start from AED 4,999. Three things move the price from there.
A five-page brochure site and a forty-page site with service and location templates are different projects. Custom-designed pages cost more than templated ones, and we will tell you which pages actually need custom treatment and which do not.
A standard build runs six to ten weeks depending on how quickly content and approvals come back. Compressing that means more of our team on it at once, and the price reflects that. Nothing about the quality changes.
A site that posts leads into a CRM, tracks calls, feeds offline conversions back to Google and Meta, and runs a booking or payment flow is a bigger build than one that emails a form. We scope this before we quote.
Ten parts of the work, all delivered as one project by the same team. Pick any of them to see what it means in practice.
Most agency websites are judged on how they look in a portfolio. We judge ours on whether the enquiry count goes up. That changes what we do in almost every stage of the project.
Before anything is designed, we look at what your buyers actually search for, what your competitors rank for, and where your current site loses people. The wireframe comes out of that, not out of a template library. Then we design, build, write, connect the tracking, and hand you a site your team can run without calling a developer every week.
Every page we design has one job it is accountable for. A service page exists to produce an enquiry from someone with that problem. A location page exists to convince someone nearby that you serve them. A blog post exists to answer a question and hand the reader to the right service page.
We design to that. Calls to action sit where the reader has just been given a reason to act, not only at the bottom. Forms ask for the minimum a salesperson needs to have a useful first call. Phone and WhatsApp are one tap away on mobile, where most of your traffic is.
Retro-fitting SEO onto a finished site is the most expensive way to do it. We build the structure right the first time: one page per commercial intent, a URL structure that makes sense, internal links that point at the pages that make money, and clean, crawlable markup.
On the technical side that means fast server-rendered pages, correctly sized and lazy-loaded images, a sensible heading hierarchy, canonical tags, structured data for your organisation and services, an XML sitemap that only contains pages you want indexed, and Core Web Vitals we actually test rather than assume.
If you sell six services in nine cities, you should not be paying for fifty-four bespoke page designs, and you should not be publishing fifty-four thin copies of the same page either.
We build a small set of well-designed templates: service, sub-service, location, case study, article, with the content fields your team can fill in. Each page gets its own genuinely different copy; the layout and the technical foundations come for free. That is how a site grows from ten pages to a hundred without the cost growing with it.
We do not start from a purchased theme and change the colours. Design starts from your positioning, the objections your buyers raise, and the proof you can actually show. The visual language (type, spacing, colour, imagery) is built to make that argument clearly.
You see wireframes first, then a designed page, then the rest of the site once the direction is agreed. Two rounds of revisions are included at each of those stages, and we would rather you use them than sign off something you are quietly unhappy with.
The most common reason a good-looking site does not convert is that the copy describes the company instead of the buyer’s problem. We write pages the other way round: the problem, the evidence you can solve it, what happens next, and what it costs.
Copy is written after keyword research, so the page answers the question people are actually typing, and before design, so the layout is built around the argument rather than the argument being squeezed into a layout. You review and edit every page before it goes live.
For most of our clients, between sixty and eighty per cent of traffic arrives on a phone. We design mobile layouts as a first-class deliverable, not as a squeezed version of the desktop one, and we test on real viewport sizes rather than trusting the builder’s preview.
That means tap targets big enough to hit, navigation that opens and closes cleanly, forms that use the right keyboard for each field, no horizontal scrolling at any width, and images that do not cost your visitor half a megabyte on a mobile connection.
A form that sends an email is where most sites stop. That is also where attribution dies. We push enquiries into your CRM with the click identifier attached, so when a lead becomes a customer three weeks later you can point at the campaign that produced it.
We connect the tools you already use: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, a shared inbox, a spreadsheet if that is genuinely what you run on, plus calendar booking, WhatsApp, live chat and call tracking where they earn their place.
We build WooCommerce stores where the catalogue, the checkout and the reporting are treated as one system. Product and category templates that can rank, a checkout with the fewest steps your payment provider allows, and the full purchase funnel tracked properly so you can see where the money leaks out.
Where you are already trading, we will tell you honestly whether a rebuild or a targeted fix to the existing store is the better use of the budget.
The site is yours: your hosting, your domain, your WordPress install, your logins. We do not hold anything hostage, and there is no proprietary platform you have to keep paying us for in order to keep your website.
At handover you get a recorded walkthrough of how to edit pages, add posts, and publish a new service or location page from the templates we built, plus written documentation. If you would rather we kept looking after it, we offer maintenance separately, but it is a choice, not a condition.
Six things we do differently, all of which you can hold us to.
The number we report first is how many genuine enquiries the site produced and what each one cost. Traffic and rankings are inputs to that, and we report them as inputs.
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. Nothing is passed to a junior once the contract is signed, and you have direct contact with whoever is doing the work.
You approve a written scope and a fixed price. If something genuinely new comes up mid-project we quote it separately and you decide. We do not send surprise invoices.
Technical SEO, page structure and internal linking are part of the build at no extra charge. We are not incentivised to ship a weak site and then sell you the fix.
Analytics, event tracking, call tracking and CRM handoff are configured and tested before launch. You should never have to guess where an enquiry came from.
Your hosting, your domain, your WordPress install, your accounts. No proprietary platform, no lock-in, and no monthly fee required to keep the site you paid for.
An honest comparison. There are businesses for which hiring in-house is the right answer. If that is you, we will say so on the call.
| Prime Lead | Building in-house | A typical agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost structure | Fixed project price from AED 4,999, agreed in writing before work starts. | Salary, software, recruitment and management overhead, paid whether or not there is a project on. | Day rates or an open-ended retainer, with scope creep billed on top. |
| Who does the work | The senior person who scoped it. No handover to a junior after signing. | Depends entirely on who you managed to hire and whether they are still there. | Often a junior executing to a template, with the senior name on the pitch only. |
| Search built in | Technical SEO, structure and internal linking are part of the build, at no extra charge. | Only if you hired someone who does it, which is a separate skill from design. | Frequently quoted as a separate package once the site is already live. |
| Tracking and attribution | Analytics, events, call tracking and CRM handoff configured and tested before launch. | Usually possible, but competes with everything else on the internal roadmap. | Commonly out of scope, or a basic analytics tag and nothing more. |
| Speed to live | Six to ten weeks for a standard build, driven by how fast content and approvals return. | As fast as your internal priorities allow, which is rarely the constraint you planned for. | Varies widely, and queue position often depends on account size. |
| What you own afterwards | Everything. Your hosting, domain, WordPress install and every account. | Everything, assuming documentation survived the last person who left. | Sometimes a proprietary platform you must keep paying to keep the site. |
Not add-ons. These are in the scope of a standard project.
Four stages, with a decision point you control at the end of each one.
We look at your analytics, your search data, your competitors and your sales process, then agree what the site has to achieve in numbers.
Sitemap, wireframes and written copy, all approved by you before any design work starts. This is where most of the value is decided.
Key templates designed and signed off, then built responsively and tested at real breakpoints on real devices.
Analytics, events, call tracking and CRM handoff configured and tested, then launch, then a recorded walkthrough for your team.
One report, six lines, in language you can take into a board meeting. No 40-page PDF nobody reads.
How many genuine enquiries the site produced last month and where each one came from.
What each enquiry cost across paid search, paid social and organic, tracked separately.
Phone taps and WhatsApp clicks tracked as events, so call-driven channels are not invisible.
Non-brand commercial impressions and clicks in your target market, not vanity keyword rankings.
Which pages produce enquiries, which get traffic and produce nothing, and what we are changing.
A plain-language note on the work done last month and the priority for the next one.
Five outcomes we hold ourselves to, and what each one depends on.
The cheapest growth available to most businesses is not more visitors, it is a higher share of the visitors already arriving. A site sending two enquiries per hundred visitors instead of one has doubled its output with no increase in spend.
That comes from unglamorous work: making the offer clear above the fold, putting calls to action where the reader has just been given a reason to act, cutting form fields to what a salesperson actually needs, and making the phone number a single tap on mobile.
When enquiries are tracked properly and pushed into your CRM with the click identifier attached, you stop arguing about which channel deserves credit and start deciding where the next unit of budget goes.
It also changes how the ad platforms behave. Feeding closed deals back as offline conversions teaches Google and Meta to chase the leads that turned into customers rather than the people who most readily fill in forms.
Most sites are approved on a desktop screen by people who will never use them on a phone. Meanwhile the majority of real visitors arrive on mobile, hit a form that fights them, and leave without ever appearing in a report as a problem.
Designing the mobile layout as its own deliverable, and testing it at real viewport sizes, removes a category of loss most owners do not know they have.
A small set of well-built templates means adding a service page or a city page is a content task, not a development project. Businesses that get this right publish steadily for years; businesses that do not stop publishing after the launch budget runs out.
You own the hosting, the domain, the WordPress install and every account. If you want to take the site elsewhere, or bring it in-house, everything you need is already yours and documented.
We would rather keep your business because the reporting is good than because leaving is painful.
The questions we get asked on almost every first call.
Projects start from AED 4,999. Where yours lands depends on how many pages you need, how much of the design is custom rather than templated, how fast you need it live, and what has to connect to it: a CRM, a booking system, call tracking, a store.
We scope all of that before quoting, and the price we agree is fixed. If something genuinely new comes up mid-project we quote it separately and you decide.
Six to ten weeks for a standard build. The variable that moves it most is not our capacity. It is how quickly content, photography and approvals come back from your side. We will tell you at kick-off exactly what we need from you and when.
WordPress for the large majority of projects, and WooCommerce where you are selling. It is the platform your team is most likely to already know, it has the widest pool of people who can maintain it, and it does not lock you into a monthly fee to keep your own website.
If your requirements genuinely point elsewhere, we will say so rather than force the job onto a platform that does not fit.
Yes, completely. Your hosting account, your domain, your WordPress install, your analytics and ad accounts. We do not build on a proprietary platform and we do not require an ongoing fee for you to keep the site running.
We write it. Copy for every page is part of a standard project, written after keyword research so the page answers the question people are actually searching, and before design so the layout is built around the argument.
You review and edit every page before it goes live. If you would rather write it yourselves, we will adjust the scope and the price accordingly.
Not if the migration is handled properly, and handling it properly is part of the job. We map every existing URL to its replacement, put permanent redirects in place, keep the pages that are already earning traffic, and monitor Search Console closely for the first weeks after launch.
Where a page is currently ranking well, we treat that as an asset to protect rather than something to redesign away.
Often, yes, and sometimes that is the better use of the money. If your current site has decent technical foundations and the problem is layout, copy and conversion paths, a targeted rebuild of the key pages can produce most of the result for a fraction of the cost.
We will tell you which of the two you are looking at after we have seen the site and the analytics, not before.
You get a recorded walkthrough and written documentation so your team can publish pages, add posts and update content without calling anyone. Nothing about the site requires us to keep it working.
If you want us to keep looking after it (updates, backups, security, ongoing improvements), we offer that separately. It is a choice, not a condition of the build.
Yes. We work with clients globally. The UK and the UAE are where we are rooted and where we know the detail cold: the search behaviour, the competitive landscape, the advertising rules, and the way buyers in each place expect to be contacted, but a website built around the path a buyer takes works the same way wherever that buyer is.
For a new market we will say plainly which parts of that local knowledge we already have and which we would build during the project, so you can judge the fit rather than take our word for it.
Against numbers we agree at the start. Typically: enquiries per month, cost per enquiry by channel, the share of enquiries that become qualified opportunities, and non-brand commercial search visibility in your target market.
We set the baseline before launch so the comparison afterwards is honest rather than flattering.
The senior person who scoped it. We do not pitch with one team and deliver with another, and nothing is handed to a junior once the contract is signed. You will have direct contact with whoever is doing the work.
A website rarely works in isolation. These are the services most often paired with a build.
Send us your current site and what you want it to produce. We will come back with a fixed scope, a fixed price and an honest view of whether a rebuild or a targeted fix is the better use of your budget.
