Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information Prime Lead Marketing collects through primeleadmarketing.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Prime Lead Marketing is a performance marketing agency working with clients in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. Our website address is https://primeleadmarketing.com.
For any question about this policy or about data we hold, contact us at info@primeleadmarketing.com or on +971 456 46 519.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you complete an enquiry or proposal form on this site, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and whatever you tell us about your requirements. If you email or call us directly, we hold the contents of that correspondence.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and administer the work. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the approximate location derived from your IP address. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it working and secure.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them in three broad categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function, including security and caching. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — help us understand which pages are read and where visitors arrive from, so we can improve the site.
- Advertising — set by advertising platforms where we run campaigns, so we can measure which campaigns produce enquiries.
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only where you have given consent, or where we are otherwise permitted to set them. You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Legal basis for processing
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases:
- Legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry you have sent us, securing our website, and understanding site usage in aggregate.
- Consent — analytics and advertising cookies, and any marketing email you have opted into. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract — where we are delivering services to you as a client.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain records, for example for tax purposes.
Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies, we process personal data on equivalent lawful grounds and honour the rights it grants.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- Our website host and content delivery provider.
- Email and productivity providers used to receive and manage correspondence.
- Analytics providers, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Advertising platforms, where you have consented to advertising cookies, for campaign measurement.
- Our customer relationship system, where an enquiry becomes an ongoing conversation.
Some of these providers operate outside the UK and the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the transfer mechanisms available to us, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep them for legal and accounting purposes. Aggregated analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics platform, typically no more than 14 months at visitor level.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have some or all of the following rights over the personal data we hold about you:
- Access — a copy of the data we hold.
- Rectification — correction of data that is inaccurate.
- Erasure — deletion of data where we have no continuing reason to hold it.
- Restriction and objection — limiting how we use it, including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Portability — receiving your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, where consent is the basis we rely on.
To exercise any of these, email info@primeleadmarketing.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. In the UAE, complaints can be raised with the UAE Data Office.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to systems holding enquiry data is restricted to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
